TERRIBLE experience! I had a few things to try on, and the owner said “no, those won’t fit you, you are too big” and then took them out of my hand!! Talk about body shaming!! I was appalled on how rude and disrespectful this lady was. I have never been treated with such DISRESPECT at a store before. Will NEVER return. And will advise people to NOT support this shop. I’m not one to write reviews but I want this to be heard. I am also someone who struggles with depression, and to have this kind of interaction about my body and having OTHER PEOPLE HEAR at a store of all places is disgusting!!!
Love. This. Store. You can get really trendy pieces here you can’t find anywhere else – and at a bargain! Sure, their designer items are pricier; but compared to cities like London and Milan, they’re a total bargain too. I have a friend from Paris who waits to come here to buy her handbags just for that reason. If you’re the type of person who likes to be left alone to do your shopping, and only helped when needed, this is your store. It’s totally relaxed, but friendly. Right now’s a really great time to go too, as it’s sale season – and their prices are already such a steal!
Great store. The owner is lovely and always helpful!
BEWARE .... "designer" pieces that are being sold at this location often have counterfeit labels sewn into the clothing. I bought an Alexander McQueen dress that had a fake label in the collar and in the seam as well as a Burberry shirt. When I returned the items after noticing that the stitching in the dress was askew and the label in the seam also sloppily sewn in, the owner was defensive, non apologetic and would not refund my purchase. She said to me, "We have no control over who consigns with us." THE STORE DOES NOT CHECK THE INTEGRITY OF THE LABEL OR CLOTHING - MUCH OF THE HIGH END CLOTHING IS COUNTERFEIT!
Coming in to consign some clothes, I hopefully expected that the staff would take some of my fall/winter jackets. I had a long drive and its such a waste of my gas. She started examining my clothes and left them on the side, so I assumed that she would take them. But when she saw a gap sweater, she literally looked at what I were wearing and started refusing my clothes. She said “I need clothes that are made in Korea bla bla”. Does she know any Korean brands? And does she know that the clothes that are sold at the market in Korea are very cheap too even they have the label stated that “made in korea”?? So disappointed. She started pointed out that she only takes high end. Okay sure, fake LV or chanel bags can be find easily in China. Would she be able to check if they are fake?? I don’t recommend this shop.
If there was an option of no star, this store deserves it: from moldy smell to arrogant sales person! They have a "Designer section" which is a rip off - everything there, be aware is FAKE! And even "discounted" prices are still too high! Try to avoid this Consignment! That is my best advice after being ripped off recently! But if I have learnt my lesson and help even one other person to stay away it was not in vain!
I went to the shop last Saturday. Love the service and lots to choose from, the sales lady will tell you what’s real and what’s fake, make you feel comfortable about what you spent for. This is the shop with the” happy 3” sign on it, not the next store.
Got some good deals from Happy 3. Reasonable price and has a variety of clothes and accessories. Nice and friendly staff that are not pushy. Pleasant experience overall, would come again.
Coming in to consign, I was very hopeful. I felt like I was bringing enough to choose from, 2 big bags. Once she opened the first bag and took out some sweaters for fall/winter, she began rummaging through and started muttering "summer clothes" under her breath. Getting more and more vocal, she said that my items of clothing were not "high class" enough, and that their labels were not "brands". I pointed then, and said "these are literally Aritzia dress skirts and fall dresses in this bag." She cut up each of my bags that I brought the clothes in, and proceeded to not fold my clothes like they were when I brought them but just throw them back into the bag. She then took the items she was considering and dumped them back in too. Consigners, beware.
My wife shops there a lot. Very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of people got mixed up with the store next store and I feel so sorry for the owner of Happy Three. Five thumbs up.
