Came here on a weekday around 6:00pm. They are not busy at all. Only one lady is serving and she have to run back and forth between the kitchen and dining room.nFood is not bad and it came with a few Korean side dishes.nThe soup I ordered came out boiling hot, this is excellent!nThe table next to me is Korean so I feel like I am in Korea and is great.nParking is ok during weekdays but it can be a challenge during weekends.nI will come back and try their pork bone soup next time.
Menu is on the smaller side but food is so good here. Service is also very quick like how did that guy make food for 4 people in under 10 minutes??? and they don't bother you at all when you're eating. I had also ordered the spicy tteokbokki + katsu as take out a couple months ago or so, and I highly recommend it although it was so spicy I had to drink 2 cups of milk with it.nnI think they take cash or debit only
Pretty good Korean restaurant with soondae based dishes which makes this restaurant a bit different from other Korean spots in the area. We tried the gamjatang and the makchang soondae bokkeum pork intestine soondae with vegetables in spicy sauce.nnThe gamjatang was a bit bland but the soondae dish was quite interesting and different for us. Service is efficient but quite cold.
We tried soondae soup and it was really good. Not so much smell for the kind of soups. Other foods we ordered as take-out after dinner was also all good with good portion and many side dishes.nBut there was only one server in that whole restaurant on Saturday night and I don’t think the service was decent. It is also cash/debit only, which is not usual, then the tip % selection starts from 15% with that service. Even though we understand the server was very busy but not sure why they don’t have another server for the better service.nI think I will order take-out one day if I miss the food.
Wow they are the first restaurant that made me think ‘this is taste of Korea, not Toronto’.nObviously I was too busy eating I forgot to take all pictures.nQuality Korean restaurant. Amazing food.nHidden gem of GTA, highly recommend.n5% off if you pay cash!
