Amanda and Sarah took an overgrown garden and made it into a beautiful place. In spite of nasty gnats and occasional rain, they worked skillfully and continuously for a whole day. Hansen was recommended to me by friends and I now know why! I had a positive experience with every person I dealt with. Mine was a relatively small job for them, but it was a big deal in my eyes. I was treated with respect and they incorporated my requests and thoughts into the design. Very professional, polite, down to earth, hardworking installers, their work and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. A level of customer service that is rare these days. Thank you for transforming my yard!
Hansen's is a very professional firm that provides a personal touch. There was great communication throughout the design and finished project. Hansen completed our back patio 10 years ago with great success and we wanted them back when it came to redoing our front walkway. The finished walkway was even better than we had envisioned. They also have done a snow removal for our driveway for years with prompt service.
Hey Ed, Being in the service business myself, I understand that most customer feedback is negative so I like to give feedback when I’ve had an exceptionally positive experience. I wanted to let you know that your team is flawless. They made a difficult job look graceful. From the initial consultation, to the arduous landscaping work to the staff we spoke to at your head office, everyone was fantastic. What surprised me the most was how friendly and happy everyone seemed. I’m not sure if it’s cocaine in the coffee or just great leadership but whatever you’re doing keep at it. You’ve got a great team. I would definitely recommend Hansen to everyone I know. Cheers,
