Nice people, well organized. Bus was older and very uncomfortable. Lodging was good Arranged dinners were very good. Breakfasts were for the most part very poor. Lack of selection, ie I prefer a simple healthy choice. Not a farmer's Breakfast. Would choose a little higher end bus tour company next time
One of your bus drivers just pulled out in front of me as I was trying to cross an intersection as a pedestrian. I had to stop in the middle of the road and let him finish making his improper right turn.
The worst holiday ever. I have done tours before and enjoyed them immensely. The tour operator wasn't helpful and personable. All she did was talk about herself. The lack of facilitating connections between participants was poor. The only redeeming person was the bus driver. I never thought that i would say this but the American tour that I took far exceeded this one. Friendly, helpful, professional and the list goes on.
Great group of people on the trip and the tour guide and driver were the best.
Put a deposit down for the following year no one called to confirm. So I phoned on September 7th. They said the cut off to get my deposit back was first of September. So I ask why I was not called? They said my responsibility. I ask if my deposit could be put towards another trip was told NO. You have lost a customer.
We are a professional company in business since 1974. We have thoroughly researched the post from JM White and have no record of this person ever travelling with us. We will ALWAYS look into any concerns raised by any customer!
Great holiday and great tour director and driver. Will travel with Hanover Tours in the future.
Think it was Savanah tour! Awesome trip. Rush back just beating superstorm Sandy!
No cars on mackinac island
Dealt with them years ago - provided good quality tours back then!
