Once again I get to the store to find that they have moved everything around. Spent more time than should be necessary wondering if stuff is out of stock which is quite common or has just been moved. Queues 6 deep at the checkouts as insufficient tills open.
Shopped there yesterday, used the hand scanner, it seemed very slow. When we reached the appropriate check out we needed a rescan, fair enough. After 2 members of staff tried to rescan all of the scanners, ours and the others at the checkouts stopped working. After standing around for a while we moved to a manned checkout, they were all very busy. An unpleasant and lengthy shopping experience. I used the gents toilet, they were dirty and untidy, 2 urinals were out of action and the cubicle I used had no paper, there was a queue outside the ladies and one lady was complaining to a member of staff that something was wrong I think it was either no soap or the hand dryers not working. We live closer to Sainsburys and will think again before we make the trip to Tesco
Since moving to Exeter a year ago, I have shopped in tescos, and over the last few months, ive notice it's getting dirty and the quality of the food is going down, think I will change to another supermarket especially as prices going up bit standard's going down.
Applied for a job here. Was told I had it there and then and gave notice for my current employment. No one has got back to me and I am now currently unemployed 2 weeks later with no correspondence! I have tried to contact via email/telephone but nothing has been replied to which has encouraged me to write here and vent my frustrations!
Meal deals are rising in price and excluding previously included items... except they don't have signage to tell you what is no longer included!..so shopping here is like Russian Roulette...you may get the meal deal...or you may pay over the odds... probably cheaper to get your lunch in KFC next door!
Once they moved Disabled parking nearer the entrance to the shop then it would be much easier than it is!!!
Used cafe mid afternoon. All day breakfast Bacon cold sausage cold bean cold egg cold tomato cold toast when ask if brown or white bread didn't think toast would be white and the tea cold this is the worse breakfast will never have a fry up again in tesco
Missing a lot of stock. It was post NYE to be fair. Not sure I'd have got it together to re-order profiteroles either.
A pretty solid Tesco extra which offers all the usual you’d expect from a Tesco.
Good selection good parking perhaps too big a supermarket for my liking ax you tend to overspend.
