Hannaford Supermarket

Their customer service needs to really learn a thing or two. I ordered a cake and it looked nothing like the picture they advertised. When I said something about it all they would tell me is that the directions told them to do it that way. Its false advertising and if they do nothing about it, then they aren't a very good company or store in my opinion. They never even offered to make another cake. It was a horrible experience and my daughter didn't get the cake she picked out for her birthday. As a result from lack of customer service I will never shop there again. Food is so expensive so I guess another store will be getting my hundreds of dollars a month since I have 7 people in my house that I feed.

Great variety and selection. Ok prices, watch the ads for deals on meat and such. Be aware if you go there after 8:00 pm, the deli, fish department and custom meat counter are already shut down and the aisles/floors are nearly blocked with products for restocking, even though the store does not close until 10:00 pm.

Love the store but they need more checkout lanes as I'll spend as much time or more in line then I do shopping here, and the speed is slow compared to other stores and other Hannafords

Perfect Store, I reside in Brandon 14 miles South and shop here, the staff is much more knowledgeable and friendly, everyone is polite and courteous the brandon store is a joke, rude and arrogant employees there that wont even say hello when you say hello to them, if they hate their jobs they ought to leave I say so in my case its worth the travel for great service

Large, convienent grocery store able to fill all your cuisine needs. Prices are competitive with other leading supermarkets and quality is generally good.
