Hannaford Supermarket

Whenever I come here I am always met by friendly faces who are funny and efficient in there jobs. Prices are normal and I always forget my bags :.

The friendliest store in town. Good selection and prices are, well, what prices are. That said, this is my go to grocery store in town for the fabulous staff. Thanks Camden Hannaford’s!

This grocery store is bottom of the barrel and here are my reasons. Seafood turn over is poor and is not fresh. Produce section is not full, not fresh, and has poor selection. Shelves are often partially stocked and they are missing common goods. Overall the selection is low, old, and very expensive. It compares to whole food prices but hardly half the quality. Not all Hannafords are this bad but this one is fairly terrible. It’s worth while to go the extra distance to Rockland Shaw’s or Hannafords.

The absolutely worst Hannaford store in the state. I live 2 miles away but I travel 10 miles to the next town because I detest this store. The parking lot was designed by a blind man. The aisles are so cramped that two people cannot pass. Customers are rude and often bring 50+ items to the express line. The pharmacy is a total joke. Employees are totally clueless.

You would think that since Camden is such a tourist town and how much money flows into the area that they'd have a better selection. I usually don't find 20-40% of what I'm looking for at this location because they either don't carry it, or it's out of stock. The Belfast Hannaford is superior, though they do have more space.
