Hannaford Supermarket

When I lived in Albany, I shopped here all the time. I started shopping here because it was more relaxing and convenient than Price Chopper, but I came to realize that the prices were good as well. On the rare occasions when the price of some item was wrong, they refunded me with double the amount I paid for it. The cashiers were almost always nice and eager to be of help.

My favorite market by far, the butchers are al always helpful, will custom cut what you want on the spot. Its a clean and always stocked store. And, it's across the street from a Price Chopper, which is another story all together. Compare and you'll understand were I'm coming from.

A nice place to shop. I find that Hannaford's food is a lot more fresher than other food stores. U can find some pretty good deals there except the seafood is pretty steep.

I was expecting to hate this place but I actually really liked it. The prices seem to be the same as at Price Chopper but the selection skewed a little bit more unique and Gourmet. For example I have not seen fresh ground chicken at Price Chopper but they had it at Hannaford. I also think they have a better produce section than Price Chopper. Highly recommend.
