My boyfriend and I went today for a travelling vaccination . 5 stars to Natalia! Super knowledgeable and kind! She included a consultation with some travel tips and. thanks to her we understood what sort kind of vaccines we needed! We will go back for any further help service!

Nice clean pharmacy! Unfortunately the service is so slow, it's like as if they're working very hard towards "slowest service provider Award". Never been in and out of Green Light Pharmacy under 15 minutes for simple prescriptions. I've even waited 30 minutes plus on 2 occasions. Given I've only used this pharmacy 6 times since joining local GP Surgery, that's abysmal.

I went to get my 7months baby medicine, When i got the medicine came home to see its another person medication with the same date of birth. This is very concering we should be able to put our trust in the pharmacy to give us the correct medication. A pharmacist has a duty of care towards those using this services, and if pharmacists are negligent and dispense the wrong medication, it could lead to a patient suffering avoidable harm. I have called and was told the pharmacist is busy and will call back here i am still waiting for an explanation. Please double check your medication.

Head pharmacist and Asian pharmacy guy are both extremely rude. They need to take training or learn from their colleagues when it comes to customer service. They made me aware that their job is "serious business" and not "selling sweets". Been going here for 2 years and stayed quiet every time staff we rude or I witnessed a tif. Until they kept me waiting for 45mins with a crying baby. Since then never gone back.

The managers and staff of Greenlight are amazing! They are friendly, polite and always remember my name. They make me feel like a valued customer and member of the community. Their knowledge and efforts are endless and they often go beyond their call of duty to get me what I need everytime.

Excellent service and customer service, I have been using this pharmacy for many years for me and my family specially for my mother before she past away suffering from stroke for long time even they used to deliver her medicine to our house. Thank you guys for your services

Poor customer service. They can't even pick up a call. Repeat prescriptions are so inconsistent and do not get delivered on time. What's the point ot the pharmacy being open but cant pick up calls fgs!

Extremely impressed by the quality of service by the team at this pharmacy. They are polite and helpful, especially the young pharmacist who gave me travel advice. Keep up the good work

NHS run so, it will have slow service. Still singing the hyms from the Corona sheets..... Slow, sorry, Corona, Rest of the country no restriction or any caution...Corona NHS.... So, I entered pharma for help with what looked like a fungal infection on my toes which developed after the heatwave.. The pharmacist a polish wasn't happy to give advice and reluctantly advised I should take Daktarin ointment and would not speak further. So I had to Google every thing and went to Tesco pharmacy they got like this as this area has large Asian population so any thing goes
