The bakery did an amazing job on my son's bday cake!! I did an online order for in store pickup. Wrote down what I wanted and theme and it came out amazing. I purchased the figurine elsewhere but overall, a great experience with my first bakery order online. Will def be ordering from them from now on.
I've shopped Hannaford for years. Well stocked stores and they look good too. Great butcher and seafood sections. They just reorganized their checkout areas and now have 15 self-checkouts! My only complaint is that since Covid, their prices have skyrocketed. While I know prices have gone up everywhere, it seems that Hannaford's have gone up exponentially higher than other stores. I'm willing to pay more for a nice store that provides a higher grade product, but I do have my limits.
I usually go here after a movie at Chunky's or around Thanksgiving as they have the best prices for a turkey each year. Not as cost effective as Market Basket, though the store is very clean as well as products being easily accessible. Still, it'll do if you don't want to deal with the crowds at MB.
I love Hannaford's, always a good experience when shopping here. I come mostly for their selection of Gluten Free items. They offer dedicated areas for GF items and most of the time they have what I am looking for.
Every time I come here, shelves are bare and there's nothing I need. They're produce dept isn't that great. Also, they rarely have ample amounts of cashier's and you wait in line for at least 15-20 min. Not a fan.
Consistently undercooked muffins from the bakery...please learn how to properly cook muffins. Sprinkling cinnamon on top does not equate to shorter bake times needed nor browning cinnamon equate to properly baked muffins. They used to be good. 3 stars because the rest of the store is good, but your muffin man brings you down.
Store was laid out very nicely. I got what I needed very quickly due to well marked aisles.
Great personality, always willing to help to accommodate what u need ..meat, cheese, deli, and seafood they are honest always fresh. They will accommodate your needs. QUALITY you'll get there, PRICES, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPONTED. u get what u pay for. I love quality for the buck xxoo
Quality products and friendly staff. A little slow in the checkout. They have a number of self checkout stations but I am averse to such.
This is my favorite place to shop for Groceries... Awesome Produce/Meats/Bakery/Gourmet + Wine/Cheeses etc. Off of Exit 6 Broad St .. Coliseum Ave. near Lincoln Park and Mine Falls Park trailheads.. finished at the Park? Go fuel up at Hannaford's. Reasonably priced. Ample Selection of Food Items. Good Generic Product Line.
