-= Why do you need our financial services? =-

There are three main reasons for you to make use of our financial services.

First, we can take your receipts and other documents and convert them into financial statements such as "Profit and Loss", "Balance Sheet", and others.
These statements are a sort of scorecard by which you can easily see how well your business is doing.
At a glance you can see the performance of your business on a month-to-month basis, a quarterly basis, and a year-to-date basis. This information will allow you to project your future business.

Second, financial statements are expected by outside agencies such as your bank or creditors. We can have this information at your fingertips when you need.

Third, Revenue Canada requires and expects that you complete income tax returns on the basis of sound financial statements that they may request to see at any time. We can provide Revenue Canada with the information it requires.



-= What services are available and at what cost? =-

We provide many different services that can be adjusted to meet your particular needs.

-- Bookkeeping --
You provide us with your income and expense receipts at the end of each month and we will process them for you and create up-to-date financial statements.
Everything will be computerized so you can use your time for business instead of doing "bookwork".

The fee for most small businesses is $125.00 per month, but may vary depending on the complexity.



-- Payroll Processing --
You provide us with a bi-weekly time sheet for your employees and we do the rest!
We will process the pay and maintain your payroll records. Employees' pay will be direct deposited into their personal bank account. Paystubs will be emailed to each employee.
We will process Records of Employment (ROEs), T4s for employees and T4 Summaries for your company. We will even file them with Revenue Canada on your behalf.
In addition, we will process and pay your monthly payroll remittances to Revenue Canada.
Each pay period we will invoice you for the cost of the payroll and our administration fee.

The payroll administration fee:
1 - 2 employees: $30.00 per pay period.

Additional employees: $12.00 each per pay period.



-= HST Reports =-

Any business can register for HST, but any business with income of $30,000.00 or more MUST register.
These reports must be made to Revenue Canada on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Many business owners choose to report quarterly.
You provide us with your income and expense receipts and we will prepare and file your HST reports for you.

The fee depends on the time required, based on $60.00 per hour.
BUT, if we are already doing your bookkeeping, there is no additional fee!



-= Business Income Tax: Corporate and Unincorporated =-

No one likes to pay taxes.
Everyone understands, however, that taxes are necessary to pay for services provided to us by the government.
Each year, hundreds (even thousands) of businesses pay more income tax than is required because they miss available deductions. We have years of experience preparing tax returns for businesses. We will use our knowledge and experience to make sure you take advantage of all your eligible deductions.

Unincorporated business: We will prepare and file your income tax return starting at just $70.00 (extra charges may apply based on complexity).

Incorporated business: We start at $300.00
