Hanmore Lake Campground

We had a great time camping at Hanmore. We were in the group site for the weekend. It is a great site with lots of room. The lake is awesome, although the second day the kids had swimmwers itch. The floating dock provides a lot of fun for the kids. A little bridge over the mud on the path to the lake would be very helpful. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We used the day use area yesterday and we’re thrilled with this location. It was clean and clearly well taken care of. Also we witnessed this as we saw staff come change out garbages The water was high on the lake so the beach/sand area was quite small but still enough area for kids to play. We definitely will be back!

Beautiful small lake. Day use area was nice with playground, boat launch, change rooms and toilets. Perfect for those who prefer less crowds

If you can get in, do it! 4km long lake of beautiful water that i have never seen get alge, awesome fishing and beautifully kept camp sites. Its such a perfect place that I proposed to the love of my life here. 10/10 easily!

Great place for a family or a group of friends! One of our most favourite campgrounds/lakes to go to. Friendly service and clean spots as well as a Great Lake for swimming in!

Hanmore lake is an awesome place to spend time with your family & friends! You can fish, swim, go for a ride in your boat ect. The sun set is one of my favorite parts, it's very pretty. Your should definitely come to Hanmore lake!

There is a picnic area,beach,playground and it's dog friendly if on a leash

Great campground - quiet and fairly well-treed sites. Only a non-potable water pump available, fairly far from most sites. Good value - reserve by email with no added reservation fee! Campground operator drives around offering firewood. It's a bit of a walk to lake access from some sites - other sites have direct lake access.

Very nice camp!!!so quite,spacious in the other site..!lots of wild animals you can feel the real adventure camping!!tha management is very AWESOME JACKIE AND SACHA..!i reall like to go back there.!actually i we have a couple bookings there.!.,the WATERFRONT IS BEAUTIFUL AND REALLY TRUE THE HIDDEN GEMS IN ALBERTA..’!

Wonderful Campsite The sites are quite large, spaced away from other sites and very well maintained. Over half of the sites are lakefront, sweet. The staff visited twice daily to make sure everyone had enough wood and ice, always service with a smile. My children loved it, we’ll be back!!
