THIS 5 STAR IS FOR THE "OLD" HANK & DON'S!! THIS IS NOT FOR THE NEW ONE THAT JUST OPENED LATE 2020!!!
Off to a bad start, foods expensive for what it is, $15 wings that are skimpy, $10 dollar loaded fries underdone greasy, greasy fish. Not much choice in beers, and drunk guy throwing up on the floor without management saying a word.... certainly hope it comes around, will try one more time.
The new renovations are awesome, wait staff kinda slow,and the food is not the same. Ordered the fish dinner looked like and tasted like the Gordon's fisherman ..
It was awesome. I really enjoyed the interview.
Classic hole-in-the-wall, beer and burger joint. A no frills gathering place for locals. People laughing and chatting with neighboring tables while watching the game. Whether you're passing through or you live in Swartz Creek, they make you feel welcome at this old time bar.
Good ..friendly service...home town folk place....strangers are welcome....been around along time..good food..coneys an chilli...homemade onion ring....good olive burger.
Worst service ever. Waitress took our drink oreder after about 20 min. They came promptly. Took our dinner order 20 min later....waited over an hour. We left cash on the table and left. I'll never go back.
Hanks is my favorite little hole in the wall bar. The bartenders are always friendly, and the atmosphere always feels welcoming and inviting. If I need somewhere to get away for a few hours, and throw some darts with a buddy, this is my jam. Oh, and the fish and chips are excellent, too.
Great food, friendly service and reasonable prices!! We really enjoy Stacey waiting on us! Every employee we've met so far has been Great! Love the nachos and wet burritos and $2.00 margaritas!
Great tavern. The bartenders are friendly and fast. They have entertainment some nights. You can play pool with friends or grab a bite of some really great bar food!
