Good hotpot experience. There is a lot of variety, and I liked their Tom yum soup base. The dumplings were meh though, they were still cold in the middle. The chicken wings were surprisingly very good. The prices for individual hotpot items are a smidge on the higher side nothing crazy but it does add up if you want variety and with the new competition of all you can eat hotpot relatively close by I don’t know if I would come back here. There were some preset combos that do offer some variety that might be good for someone looking to try a bit of everything. The sauce bar had many options and was kept cleaned. I appreciate their QR/online order from the table because the wait staff was a bit busy.
If you never had Hot Pot before, I strongly recommend starting with this location. The options are incredible, the sauces are custom and self served. Honestly I could have this all day, every day and never be sick of it. While to cost per person is higher than some may like, the foods and tastes you will experience is well worth the price. Vegetarian options: All meals have vegan options
Amazing value and fresh ingredients. Sauce station was fire and the 2 protein combo is more food than any human could ever hope to consume. Was genuinely an excellent time and I wish you could give out 6 stars
Our party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and I can pretty much guarantee there are enough food options to satisfy anyone's tastes. The hot pot item choices include multiple broths, meats, seafood, veggies, and noodles, way too many to mention. Everything from beef, chicken, or lamb to probably two dozen veggie options, and ramen, udong, and other noodle types. YOU will be cooking everything at the table in whichever hot pot broth you choose except apps and the rice/lo mein dishes, and that's half the fun! Reservations are a must, and we were seated promptly at our time. Our servers were very friendly and helpful in selecting menu items, even going so far as to double check that I knew what tripe was and confirming that is what I wanted . Plan to spend some time ordering and eating, we were easily there 2 hours. Each item servíng is probably good enough for two people, so keep that in mind when choosing what you want as it is very easy to over order. Also, I like spicy food, but beware that things marked spicy are VERY spicy. Spiciness can be adjusted on request. Plan to go at least twice if you have never been to a hot pot restaurant, using the first visit to learn about the options and order sizes. This is a fun dining experience which is great for families, friends, and groups. Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie options including multiple types of tofu
Arrived with my kids excited for a new experience. It was amazing, we ordered way too much food just for us but it was a blast. The people taking care of us brought us to the make your own sauce station and showed us a few different recipes that were awesome. A lady came over to help teach my daughter how to use chopsticks and was very patient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My son loved it so much this is going to be his birthday dinner this October and we are bringing the whole family! I wouldn't expect to pay more than 3-400 with all of us, the pricing is cheap and the quality is amazing. Can't wait to see you guys soon!!!
Went here for my birthday Feb 11th. So happy we waited for a table. Delicious, fresh food. Soups were flavorful. Loved mixing together my own sauce. For 4 people it was about $120. Got some beef, mushroom platter, vegetable platter, clams, shrimp, mussels, ramen - very wide variety. Recommend learning how long each item takes to cook beforehand - beef only takes about 10 seconds, which my parents couldn't understand lol
The booths were awkward so if you are tall there is no where go put your legs. Im short and had a hard time. I have a huge bruse on my leg from slaming it into the side of the table twice. The food was good. But they misunderstood my order and brought double of everything I ordered when I said I only wanted 1 of all the side orders that I ordered. So there was a ton of leftover veggies. They served other people before us that came in after us and seemed to completely forget about us. They are supposed to top off your pot and they never did. Asked us if we wanted forks and I said yes and they never came. Once they dropped the food they only came back half hour later to see if we wanted the check and nothing else. Honestly I won't ever go back. My friend paid for it since it was a treat for my birthday and I told her I wouldn't even bother leaving a tip with how horrible the service was... its to bad I had high hopes for this place too.
From my friend born and raised in China: the hot pot experience here is so authentic that it made me homesick. Stop reading about this place and eat there! You won't regret it .Food: 5/5
We traveled from Massachusetts to this amazing restaurant for the first time. The atmosphere is very relaxed. From the moment you walk in you instantly feel welcomed and invited. We were escorted to our table and given not only menus but also shown recommendations which were based off of our preferences. We ordered a few miscellaneous items off the menu and were encouraged to approach the “sauce” station since I am not sure what else I should call it. While we waited for our entrees to arrive, our server approached our table and asked if we would accept 2 samples of a mixture of sauces he highly recommended/made for our table. To this day I wish I had noted the combination of both sauces. We all wanted to drink the the sauces presented to us and thoroughly enjoyed using them for all of our sides ordered. Overall, this was one of the most exciting experiences in regards to dining and I cannot wait for our return to this establishment. 10/10/10 Vegetarian options: 100% Kid-friendliness: Yes Parking: Plenty Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available
