Loved the paintings on the wall. Everything was freshly made, have their hot sauce as the meat do not have spice to it. The saj shawarma was good but the bread was a little tough. Overall a reasonable shawarma joint that gives bang for your buck ! Tough I think they need to be considerate of the patrons eating and not have a football game in a foreign language in full volume playing during lunch time..was wierd sitting through lunch with commentary blaring in a language that we don't understand, and from the looks of other customers - they didn't understand as well.
Honestly one of the best shawarma places I’ve been to and I’m from Dearborn. I love that they use all white meat chicken for the shawarma and everything is made fresh and never frozen. I also love how friendly the staff and owner was. Definitely coming back here next time I visit WindsorRecommended dishesChicken Shawarma
I guess not having enough shawarma places in Windsor, showed me this restaurant in my top search. Expensive plate for the quantity they offer, chicken is bland, fries are worst, just an average falafel wrap. They’re using just counter tops to make a wrap which made me feel weird.
I have tried SO MANY different shawarma places from different places and this is BY FAR the best place to ever eat. If I could eat at one place for the rest of my life, it would be this place. The hummus is out of this world, I’ve tried to make it just like this, tried hummus everywhere and CANT figure out how they make this hummus. Everything else is out of this world good too. Nothing compares. Some times I wish I can marry one of the guys so they can give me the receipt so I can be set for life I love you guys !
I like chicken shawarma it’s very good Recommended dishesChicken Shawarma, Fattoush
Good decor, decent service. Pleasant atmosphere, food is fast. The place is medium-sized, centrally located. Food is a little pricey. But the quality of food is fair. Overall, it was a good experience. Vegetarian options: Falafel dishes are the majority of vegetarian option
I don't even care how your food is. The fact that you tried to get me to pay 37 dollars for a menu worth 25 is insulting. Yes, curly hair boy, you might be fast but I'm not stupid. I was apologizing because I thought I made a mistake, you said something in Arabic under your nose and had a rude and impatient attitude towards me. Not even "sorry" from you. Hopefully, it was just a rookie's dumb mistake and not a habit, but for me, one is enough. Oh, also small portions. Literally a spoonful of chicken meat on a wrap.
Convenient location with lots of parking. Authentic middle easern food, good customer service, awesome delicious food, falafel was just perfect. Recommended for both dine in and take away, better off dine in when falafel is hot. It is one of our family's favorite.
They have an excellent food, however I noticed recently they increased the prices slightly and they reduced the quantity of food that they serve. Just a year ago those trays were overflowing with food, now there's a half an inch gap between the food and the lid. They are trying to cut their costs so no one notices it.Food: 4/5
I really like this place, however, I think the workers either come up with their own prices - or maybe directed by management to do so. I order a shawarma wrap and I ask for no onions no lettuce extra tomatoes before I even finish the other 2 toppings the guy there says I will have to charge you for extra tomatoes 2 more slices literally. A coworker told him to give it for free there is absolutely nothing on their menu that says extra charge of $$ for extra toppings and to be fair their usual toppings are not even much. The same thing happened a fee months ago at the lakeshore branch. The shift manager was there and he told me “I can give it to you for free this time”. Zero manners in customer service. Update on the owner’s reply. If it’s your policy - put it on the menu be like 1 slice of tomato extra $1, one extra pickle slice extra $1, one extra lettuce slice 10 cents lol. Maybe you should check out other restaurants like subway for example - they don’t have an extra charge for 2 slices of tomato. They do have it for an extra guacamole or cheese or double meat but not veggies.
