My husband and I went to Hammond Jewellers recently to purchase a medic alert bracelet. I wanted my husband to be able to try one on and I wasn't disappointed. A wonderfully helpful lady, named Lori, showed us a few silver ones but then she showed us a very nice gold one. Wider band and nicely masculine. So very appreciative of all her help. I would very much recommend Hammond Jewellers for any and all of your jewellery purchases. I have never been disappointed in anything my husband bought for me from there.
I just had an amazing experience at Hammond Jewelry, they were just amazing with me. They had everything I needed from customer service to competitive pricing. The sales woman was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you I recommend anyone check out there's store
We were in early 2022 to make arrangements to have their clock guy come and repair a grandfather clock we inherited. He came out quickly, said it was fixed and charged us $150. Within minutes of him leaving the pendulum had stopped. We called him to let him know and he said he would order a different spring and be back in a few weeks to put it in. Which he did. The clock worked for less than half an hour after he left. We called him to let him know that it had stopped again. He said he would give us a call the next week to arrange a time to come back. He never called. After a month, we called him and left a message. Over the next few months, we left MANY voicemails for him and never received a call back. Our calls were obviously being avoided. After having no luck reaching him directly we called the store number to try and get some help or even the name and number of a different clock repair guy. The lady said she would speak to him and get back to us. We still have not heard back from the lady at the store or the clock guy. We have been very patient in trying to resolve this but have had no luck to this point. We paid $150 and still don’t have a clock that works. Very disappointing!
I started going to this shop for watch related services only after reading good reviews, but I am very sorry to say that, after I became a regular customer they charged me way higher amount for the same service , which I got for my other 3 watches. I must say after winning your trust they start ripping you. Shameful strategy for making extra bit of money.
Hammond Jewellers is the only place to go! My family has been loyal to this wonderful local business for 3 generations so far! The staff there is kind, professional and services are always quick and of the highest quality.

I went to Hammond jewellers to have my engagement ring re-made after Spence Diamonds did an awful job. Hammond was very thorough, and showed they cared to make not only the ring perfect but also the experience. They took great care with all details big and small, which I am so grateful for. They also promptly had my ring finished. During the process I had also brought in a few of my grannies rings to be resized and remade, which they had finished at the same time as pick up. I would highly recommend them for customs, remakes, and resizing. They have great custom service and incredible work to back it all up.
Just wanted to share how wonderful my experience was with the staff of Hammond Jewellers . My beautiful engagement ring is back on my finger at long last ! It was redesigned once after our puppy lifted the whole setting off , but it was not restored to its original look .,then many years later it had to be cut off due to a surgery. I decided it was more than time , so i did my research and chose Hammond . The BEST decision ! Special thanks to Emma
Over the years, I have purchased many pieces here, and I have found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is quite varied and the prices are very reasonable.
Friendly staff, easy and out, no parking issues. Really nice people to deal with. Changed a pin in a watch strap without delay. Thank you so very much.
