Mickey is kind, welcoming and helpful. I've taken fitness classes with Tracy & Bradley. The classes are affordable and great cardio workouts. Tracy & Bradley are very attentive and encouraging and most importantly they make the classes fun.

Cleanly, well organized and staffed by some of the friendliest people I've had the pleasure of meeting and well priced.

This gym is the best family environment has been around for over 25 years helping kids and adults making major changes in their lives! Great staff always welcoming, great people to be around. Sensei Mickey is a 7th degree black belt and has been teaching for over 25 years, this is a great gym to be a part of and is super clean!

Big facility always kept super clean. Great for people of all ages to learn, have fun, and get into good shape.

I too have a similar experience as others who have posted here, I was billed $100 for a month after I told the owner to stop payments. He has brushed off my phone calls and ignored emails. I hate to leave a bad review because the instruction was good, but the management is bad.
