Dr Elliott Halparin is a dinosaur, plain and simple. He needs to retire, and just live his life because he has no idea how things work in the real world. He may have been good in the 90's but, its 2017, and he just has no clue about the mentality of the world today. For the record, he is a good doctor for things like infections and damn even cancer. So please don't completely judge him in a negative light. It's very difficult to say what I have to say, because if it wasn't for Dr Halparin, my dad wouldn't be alive today. He helped spot the cancer early. Please don't judge me on this review as some angsty teenager, because I'm not. I'm 27. But if you need someone who'll treat you like a recovering human being, and not a junkie, don't go to this man for help. He's a hypocrite and he's clueless.

Sat on hold for over 15 minutes trying to book an appointment.

Waited for 2 hours, the doctor hadn't even arrived. I was the first appointment in the morning. Had trouble getting any type of help or even concern for my problem. Switched to another clinic and getting the help I need now. Felt like I was being written off as not important.

Not a great experience. I was at the clinic for 2 hours! Only 4 people ahead of me, primarily colds and side affects, so not sure what caused such a delay. The worst part was the incredibly rude receptionist, should not be a person greeting the public!.

Let me first say that the Dr. We see is fantastic and the clinic is very clean. What was lacking today was the kind face behind Reception. She is very short and rude. Hopefully this is not a trend. The clinic generally has a fun easy flowing atmosphere which is partly why we usually enjoy coming here.
