It once was a card shop. Now just a trinket shop with some cards in behind and pretty poor selection at that. Hardly any specialty cards, like leaving a job or good luck on your new position, etc. Tucked away at a dead end it is not that easy to find either. Nice shop assistant, poor selection.

It's our go-to place for cards and other mementos. Look for out-of-season items as their prices are drastically reduced.

I have worked at two locations, seasonal​. I routinely received compliments from customers for my hospitable demeanor. Behind the scenes is nothing like the commercials. I quit both times for dishonorable treatment of myself​, fellow co-workers and customers.

The stuff is great, many selection of gift with good details but the staff is BIG NONO = IMPOLITE, RUDE AND ARROGANT. Not every staff is rude just one particular staff, the fat girl sorry not mean to discriminated she always rude to every customers.

The Hallmark metrotown branch is closing soon last day - February 24. Everything is 75% off.
