I called in yesterday on the recommendation from a friend to say that my birthday is next week and do you have any birthday promotions. Was told yes. You sign up for a news letter and come in with proof that you did. I received a website notification that I had and screen shot it and come in today or tomorrow to pick up a free $10.00 mall birthday gift card. I stop in today go to guest services with my id and proof of sign up. The person on today said you can not have one because you didn't sign up until yesterday and the news letter has already gone for August. So one of the staff misinformed me either yesterday or today. Not impressed. Every other birthday promotion I signed up for was 48hrs before your birthday which this definitely was. Very very poor customer service.
It's ok. Some variety of shops but non of the popular shops. The Cineplex is good to have but no recliner seats but still as expensive as those that do!
A good shopping mall in the city with some good brands. Though the Dartmouth crossing factory outlets are better in terms of pricing. But within the city its a good place to do some quick shopping.
Shopping centre has 3x levels with a good variety of stores. Lower level is the food court and washrooms, also a family room.nThey have escalators and elevators. A couple of years ago the shopping centre expanded. The 2nd floor is very bright with a glass roof. Beautiful no matter the weather. Whether it’s the natural sunlight or in winter the snow.nThe shopping centre has some stores you don’t find anywhere else in the province, for example Apple and Simon’s.
Love the expansion! The new Winners/Home Sense and one of the largest Dollar Stores I've ever seen are nice. There is a really good selection of stores here now for people who want to shop low end to high end quality/prices
