One of the nicest authentic hakka places I have come across. The food was delicious with good portions and fair pricing. I shall surely visit back to try more items from their menu. Also, to those whom it matters, this place is fully halal. I would surely recommend Hakka 77 to others.
Hakka 77 is located north of Highway 7, just west of the 404. They're currently open for takeout, and offer sanitizing options. Had the ginger beef, which was full of flavour but I look forward to trying other items on the menu the next time I visit.
We ordered food from here for an office party. The chill chicken was delicious and juicy. The dry chili shrimp was also delicious, the pad thai was delicious, the chicken noodles were great. 5 stars. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat who wants delicious Hakka Chinese food.
$7.45 for lunch, Monday to Friday. Food quantity was generous. Steamed rice with a choice of gravy and soup/pop/spring roll. Food taste good. Place was clean. Service was fast. No credit card for below $10 orders.
Not the best place, but not the worst either. Their general tso chicken is flavourful but their Bombay paneer isn’t the best. Charge a lot for small upgrades to lunch specials that you won’t otherwise see at other places. Try it if you’re in the area and craving hakka food

My favourite hakka restaurant in Richmond Hill! I've been a customer for several years. Their food is fresh and tastes delicious. Their service is very friendly and fast. My favourite dishes are manchurian chicken, chilli chicken, chilli eggplant, chicken pakoras, hot and sour soup and corn soup. Their lunch specials are also great!
