Horrible service! Took my 11yr old in for a trim, literally took 1 inch off, no layers just a blunt cut which took 15min, and they charged me $35!!! No washing, blow drying, or styling. The woman argued with me and insisted on me paying $35. Will be contacting the manager! DON'T GO THERE!

Don't get Tara as your hairdresser. I've had good experiences before but she just wanted to pull out the clippers and finish in 5 minutes. Asked if she is going to use scissors before 90% of my cut was complete. She said it was her technique. Says a lot.

Ha ve been going here for 25 years. Very consistent and friendly service. Arthur and his Hairven staff are always so accommodating. I love the fact I can get a haircut with minimal lead time that fits my schedule.

My girlfriend got absolutely hacked up there. The elder blond hair lady with the accent destroyed her hair leaving it with uneven ends and sides, she pretty much cried when she came home. We will be going there tomorrow seeking a refund.
