This is the first place I got my hair cut in Montreal, and I feel no need to look any further ! Miwa was patient with my requests providing me with handy tips and advice on how to manage my curly hair. The haircut itself was incroyable, they knew exactly the perfect cut that would suit my face shape and I can easily say "this is the best cut I've ever had !!" After following Miwa's advice there has been a significant improvement in the texture of my hair and how it behaves. An absolute gem of a place. Both my partner and I cut our hair with JJ and LOVE what he does. I have thin and dry hair and my partner has thick curls and JJ knows exactly how to approach those very different hair types and style according to what looks most flattering and natural. Small and cute hairdresser salon, now re-opened with reduced activity. You just need to book your appointment online, bring you mask and come with your hair clean no hairdryer to reduce the risks even further. I was with JJ. I really enjoyed my haircut, and the whole experience. They offer a paying scale to make their service more available to a wider range of people which I found great mostly between $25 and $60 before tax and tips. Will definitely go back!

Miwa has given me a haircut and trimmed my curtain bangs twice, and I'm EXTREMELY satisfied and happy with the results! LGBT+ friendly and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else anytime soon! So happy!!

Been coming here for over a year and so happy with my hair each time! Very good experience with Miwa, especially as someone with afro hair it is hard to find a place that can cut it well, but Miwa delivers a great haircut each time

Finally a place in Montréal I can call my hairdresser! Miwa was great! My cut short/thin was on a sliding scale from 30-70$, pay what you think they deserve vs. what you can afford kind of deal. Beware that they don't have a sink so they don't do color/highlights and you should show up to the appt with clean hair. Honestly can't wait to visit again!

Literally the best experience in terms of hair in this city. Always affordable, always a great chat with either JJ or Miwa. I have long thock hair and has in the passed paid hundreds of dollars to get ny hair done and at a min of $30 this is by far the best haircut and also the fastest for the quality. Always exactly what i want. I will continue to travel 45min across the city to get my hair done. 1000/10
