Friendly and professional, Jinju was my hair stylist and she did a fantastic job on my hair, she took her time and was very detail oriented. She also gave me lots of tips on cutting my own hair as I told her I cut my own hair most of the time! The salon was clean and nice. Would definitely recommend and I will be back!

This is my favourite hair salon in Vancouver. I get my hair cut here and the attention to detail and precision is the best. Super friendly team and the most relaxing music. Cannot recommend enough.

** Attention** This is no longer the same salon!**Poor customer service and higher price. It is now called salon de J. They didn’t even know how to complete root touchup the most basic colouring service. I had an event and had to call another salon to assist with the color. Insane! The worse was the attitude of Kim which seems to be an assistance manager not a stylist. Things happen but you have to make it right. Go to another salon in the area. Axis is good and other salon with better reviews like Raum for the same or better price. Not worth the bad experience and possible disaster in your hair that they will never be accountable for. I was back in Vancouver visiting and went here for a cut as I used to come here all the time when I lived here. It was great and I loved my cut. I would definitely recommend this salon.
