Hair It Is

Zero stars...horrible experience!! Made an appt, got there & waited 45 mins while she had taken a walk in customer, when I finally got in the chair, she answered the phone 5-6 times., my hair turned out a choppy mess, went back to ask for a refund, was told yes its choppy, give us the chance to fix it, said it was no different then a bad meal at a restaurant. ..omg really...a meal you can throw out...how do you get your hair back without going shorter to fix the mess. I would not go under the scissors again at this place., when they admitted the mess they could have offered a refund as great customer service, at least in cases where they clearly admitted it was choppy.

Got my haircut and my sons haircut done here. Even though they had time to take us in, the cuts were not that great. My son ended up with choppy hair in the back. The stylist did not asked me about my sideburns. I went to test this place out but now I know I won't be back to it.

Love this shop!! The Stylists are fantastic!! Always happy and smiling and they know each of their regulars well. They all have a great eye for color and style. My hair is rather particular and I have had many stylists screw it up in the past.... Kim has been the ONLY stylist I trust for the past 9+ years and she has never let me down.
