DO NOT go go this salon!!!! EXTREMELY inexperienced and unprofessional!!! They completely butchered my hair and refused to compensate 1100$ hair extensions that they destroyed!!! Treated me horribly!! Gave me a letter promising compensation after the weekend when management returned and was denied any compensation at all!!! The stylists name is IVY! Do not let her cut your hair!!! Literally has no idea what she is doing!! I am currently filing a lawsuit against this salon! Horrible people with no accountability for their actions!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Went in asked for face framing layers..... I got two layers my crown got lobbed off to below my ear and the rest was trimmed about 1/2 an inch.... NEVER EVER AGAIN.... my own fault I suppose.... get what you pay for ...lesson learned.
