Haileybury Family Health Team

Not good. Tried calling for appointment, no one picks up phone. Tried for operator, it says no one is available and hangs up on you. Tried leaving a message, just directs you to directory but when you type in Doctors name, it says no matches, even though the Doctors name is not complicated. Tried booking an appointment online, the web site is down.

Same experience as another reviewer. While I've heard good things about at least one of the doctors here the clinic seems to be impossible to get in touch with.

Nurse Lindsay has been so amazing, kind, and understanding for every visit. Such great bedside manner, she’s seriously such an angel. You’re in good hands if you’re in her care! She doesn’t rush you out, she thoroughly answers all your questions, follows up with you to make sure things are okay. She’s just such a warm and caring person. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Unprofessional and rude. I called to get my husband looked at after a car accident and my family doctor is there. They tell me to get him to come in for 2pm. He gets there and they won't take him cause he moved out of haileybury. Like very Unprofessional and don't recommend them at all. Sad excuse for.a health centre. Use to love my family doctor but to think she turns out her clients is sad
