My area rugs were beautifully cleaned and deodorized. Shiwa was professional and personable. He answered my questions. He carried my carpets to my car and refused to take a tip. This is different from the other people who have been at this store or the 8 Mile store--they always accept a tip. Highly recommend this branch of Hagopian to have area carpets cleaned. They also have a nice selection of carpets to purchase.
