Went for a consultation, paid money, and heard what anyone who look in my mouth could say, the dentist could not even give an estimate or explanation for what should be done although I provided an x-ray.

Way overpriced and only cares about money. Could do the work at a much better quality and price elsewhere. Do yourself a favour, do more research and consult more specialists first.
