What a wonderful new experience! A little uncertain of claustrophobia, it absolutely did not feel small. A spacious airy pod with the ability to turn lights and music on/off. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Hope to return soon! EN Took my niece there for an 'experience' and we have decided that whenever she's here, we'll try to make it an annual event. I felt sooo relaxed yet energized from it. Found I didn't even need music or lights ... the darkness clothed me warmly. It was so good, I could see choosing it over massage at times. All the day's stresses just poured off me. H2O really put thought into their pods: spacious, clean, private with shower and towels, hairdrying station. Well done! RN

Very relaxing and interesting experience. Professional and welcoming staff with very clean facilities. Floating was surprisingly super relaxing, despite my initial fear of sinking. Only thing is there is only one washroom, so try to maybe get there a bit earlier in case you need to wait.

I've had numerous massages with Ryan and he is honestly the best masseuse I've experienced. You can really feel his 18+ years experience not only in the massage itself but in his professionalism throughout the session. 10/10 recommend.

The float itself was amazing. Although the staff were very friendly they did not help us prepare. We said we were new and I’ve never had a float they gave us very little guidance. Apparently you can control the sound and the lighting but they told us not to worry about that so didn’t show us how do use it. At one point I turned off the light by accident and that was scary until I figured out the set up. A large portion of my float was spent in anxiety because I didn’t know how to operate anything or what to expect that was a disappointment. Again they were very nice I won’t take that away from them.

Caution for hygiene and those with dry skin! My partner and I did a tandem float. The experience created a burning sensation for her skin and I developed eye inflammation in the hours after floating. I will say though, the staff was very friendly and accommodating for our booking!

Staff was very friendly and even reached out to accommodate a schedule change on my end. RMT Jennifer was fantastic - one of the best massages I've ever had! Highly recommend.

I would recommend calling instead of booking online. Their website is not up to date at all. I booked a same day facial and got a call from a very lovely person who apologized about the confusion saying their staff member wasn't actually available that day. I was very excited to get my first facial and had chosen H2O Float because of the availability and what they offered after I had spent a few days searching online for just the right place. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed.

Went back in April 2022 and decided to have a nice relaxing birthday facial and massage. Instead I developed sciatica from the deep tissue massage. Not a good idea for a first timer . The facial was sub-par at best. Just a bunch of oils being rubbed on your face. Should have just gone with the float ‍ **Update, It is now Jan 2023, and I'm still having numbness in my foot from nerve damage. Aside from that, the medication I was prescribed for my sciatica caused me to have a GI bleed, and a nice couple day visit in the hospital. Good times. Never again

Absolutely unprofessional money gauging place. They have constant appointment issues and online booking issues.. even tell you when you get there than tell you they can't help or make accommodations for the mess up... Don't waste your time or money. Completely unprofessional and just ridiculous how little the owner cares about the situations. TOO RICH TO CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS.

Very relaxing went here a few times love the set up as well for tandem floats. I just so badly wish that the water was warmer!!
