Hôtel Nouvelle Frontière

I was very excited to stay here. I planned a special birthday for my boyfriend. I booked a room, massages, and was going to have dinner and drinks at the attached restaurant. I checked in and was advised that the restaurant was closed and despite them having the massages booked, we were not in the schedule book and therefore unable to have them because she was gone for the day I was very upset my special night was ruined. So I cancelled and booked somewhere else. It seemed like a nice enough place but I was really disappointed with my experience. Hopefully it is not that way for everyone.

Newly renovated hotel. Spacious well-appointed rooms. The hallways and the room were extra clean. The floors are not concrete and so the sound of people walking in the room above could be heard. It was not a major issue. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Quiet area. We were pleased with our stay.

Very nice hotel. Good service at front desk. Clean. Beds very comfortable! Breakfast was included and was ok.

I'm always a little worried about staying in hotels and motels for various reasons, but the incredibly friendly staff made me feel very safe and reassured. I've rarely ever seen such friendly people, totally made up for the so-so room (which was peachy clean... just not "monica" clean)
