Excellent customer service by the highly engaged team. Andrea is an awesome leader with an everlasting enthusiasm. Throughout out the wedding event for two days Andria and her team bent backward for providing highly satisfying services.
We had our prom on the 15th of June. Amazing place and very nice and helpful staff. This venue is absolutely beautiful and everyone loved it. Thank you!
What happened with theatresaintjames? We first signed with saint James thinking that they were an honest and luxurious venue. We wanted to have the best for our wedding, so we agreed on their very high prices and paid our first deposit of 9,200$ on signature. Since then, we respected every condition they put toward the wedding. Three months before our wedding, communications with their sale representative Andria who also happens to be the owner’s daughter made us lose our complete trust in them. They started canceling some items of the contract as well as refusing to answer about the continuity of others. Per example, I had a 3 hour specialty coffee bar by café olympico included in my package. I asked, again and again, if they are going to respect this add on, and they refused to answer clearly, blaming the situation on Covid even though we had a contract that clearly says what our package includes. After many tentatives of us trying to understand, and after going back and forth with e-mails, we receive an e-mail stating : In the circumstances, alas, it will be impossible for us to meet your expectations. The cancellation of your event is, regrettably, the only reasonable course of action. Kindly forward your mailing address so that we may return your deposit. Anyone can imagine the situation we were left in. We didn’t ask for anything for free, nor did we ask for any additions. We only asked them to respect the contract. Choked, we tried and tried and tried to communicate with them, but they stopped answering to e-mails, calls and texts and ghosted us completely. A week after, she decides to answer by saying that they’d be ready to receive our wedding again if we pay an extra 25$ per person as well as having our wedding planner as an intermediate for any communication or meeting. Our response as that point was clear : we would never put the happiest day of our lives in the hands of such corrupted people. 2 months has passed since our last communication and they ghosted us again, failing to give us back our deposit unless we sign a document that make us renounce our rights of pursuing them for all the damage they created mentally and financially.
WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE. PAID 9,538$ TO FINALLY BEING STUCK WITH YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... AT LEAST WE GOT A REFUND THANK GOD. Never book from them they are the worst.
