Rooms were fine but I had strange experience with parking. When I was checking in I was told that parking is not prt of the reservation and I need to pay 27$+ tax for the parking for single night. It was strange and there was no street parking available. You need check with the hotel before you book the hotel
Excellent customer service, wonderful staff that’s very supportive and professional. The location is marvellous and the rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We travelled with kids and we will for sure come back to this hotel anytime we are in Montreal! Thank you Faubourg staff!!
Great service. Decent rooms. Small kitchnette with full size fridge was a plus. Nice staff that allowed us to check-in in advance. Central location. Overall perfect for a 3.5 star hotel. Would stay here again.
I love that its pet friendly, the room was clean and the staff polite, only problem I had was the toilet would not flush
