Thanks to Varennes town hall for the power outlet. This allowed me to recharge the batteries of my four-wheeler. Old Varennes is really very beautiful. There is a beautiful cycle path near the town hall: the path takes us to Longueuil.
I have businesses in several cities and I must say that the Varennes town planning group is a real joke. I have never seen that!!!! Unacceptable response times, unable to respond to emails or voice messages and total disorganization. However in other cities we can have certain permits within a week. For the city of Varennes we can wait several months. It’s a shame, being a citizen of Varennes myself. Pure and hardline civil servants!!!
A very charming town, beautiful buildings and ancestral houses, it feels like you are in another era. Town hall is majestic, well maintained and adds character to this town.nThe water's edge is so calming, you can enjoy the comings and goings of the boats, cycling and running, there is even a playground for children.nA city to visit!
