IMO you get allot for the price compare to other buildings, not all is perfect (nowhere is!) but considering the other buildings this place has attentive well managed administration. Huge beautiful renovated heated apt, super large balcony with a view to die for (I'm higher up) and dog friendly. More sound proof than most, other tenants are easy-going and friendly but private. Outdated lobby but I don't live there so as long as it's clean I am happy. I've lived in many higher end buildings where the services was not as good and double the price for similar apt. I love my apt here and I am quite picky when it comes to where I live.
