H&R Block

I made a 10 am appointment today at the Ocean Blvd. location. Got directions from Bandon. OR and left myself ONE HOUR to get there. There is NO office at 1684 Ocean Blvd. called the Block number and was told to go (from Ocean Blvd) to the corner of Broadway and Central. No! Couldn’t get there, so called again and was told to go to downtown Coos Bay to Broadway!! Couldn’t find that with all the one way streets! Girl on the phone very unhelpful to someone who has told her TWICE that I am totally lost. Ugh! There are other tax preparers, INCLIDING the one in Bandon a mile away where I will go tomorrow! H & R Block hasn’t updated their website and has a non-existent address and employees who couldn’t care less about providing directions! Ugh! Don’t go to the one in Coos Bay ( wherever it is)!
