I thought I was going to get a decent return and ended up paying a bit, which surprised me. I really need to educate myself on taxes, they are just punching in numbers in to software like trained monkeys.  The staff diidn't  speak English very well, which was annoying. You feel ripped off after leaving, to be honest.

Took half the day the do a relatively simple return and was passed on between three people. Clearly have some inept accountants.
