Extremely disappointed in my interaction with this business. My intent was to make an appointment for Monday May 2nd. My first phone call April 29th 2015, I was told that H&R block was closed on Monday. Their office hours online told otherwise so I attempted a 2nd phone call. Front desk handed me over to another agent who hung up on me immediately. I called back and politely asked to speak to a Manager. Once on the line I asked who I was speaking with and once again, was hung up on. I have no prior affiliation with this business and as a professional I feel I was treated with the lowest amount of customer service possible!! I will be writing to head office in Calgary regarding my experience.
