at first seemed alright. waited for my check in the mail for 5 months, returned to asked what happened..... not only did they not complete my return they tried to charge me the cost a second time. had to come back with a bank statement saying I had paid them. terrible experience and borderline theft on there part. NEVER AGAIN

Worst experience ever. First red flag should have been previous customer simply walked out saying he didn't feel comfortable. I brushed it off and thought it couldn't be that bad. I had to talk my "profession" though all my taxes and what numbers to put in and where. I understand how to do my taxes but felt comfortable with a "professional" doing it in case I missed anything and for a 2nd opinion. My "accountant" I use the term loosely, made several errors which I am correcting myself or I could pay them more money to do themselves. I am still getting calls from CRA to fix problems 2 months after filling.

They are concerned with one thing here. Making money. Not service. If they make a mistake and YOU get dinged for it, than they will drag their heels to fix the problem. They advertise that if you have any claims that are reassessed or there are problems with it they will work with you to resolve the issue. True but they are very reluctant to help because you have already paid for the service. I spent 10 hours and three visits to so far doing what I paid them to do. They wanted me to fix it all and they will do me a favor and mail it in for me. Over charge and under serve. That should be the motto. Go anywhere else.

It actually opens at 9:00am. It would help if these people would actually answer their phones.
