WAS A RETURNING CUSTOMER FOR 5 PLUS YEARS DEALING WITH THE SAME EMPLOYEE EVERY TIME. 2016 TAX SEASON, NEW EMPLOYEES. MY RETURN SUDDENLY DISSAPEARED ON HER COMPUTER AFTER WAITING 45 FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. SHE RE-PROCESSED MY RETURN IN UNDER 15 MINUTES AND CHARGED ME OVER $300 DOLLARS.THE STAFF WERE NOT PROFFESIONAL AT ALL. WILL NOT RETURN.
