Hôpital Vétérinaire Victoria

I have been going there for over 6 years. The secretary and technicians are really friendly. Unfortunately I found with the years the actual veterinarian have seemed to lost their passion for the job. Also the pricing went up. Before during a regular visit they wouldn't charge me for cutting my dogs nails now it's a extra 16$ and I have 2 dogs so 32 bucks is crazy. I'm just really disappointed more than anything else.

They let my cat died. My cat needed an urgent blood transfusion and promised us to get them from other hospital in the morning. It was noon and did NOT DO ANYTHING. I CALLED AGAIN AND SAID THAT I TOOK MY CAT IN A CAB TO A BIGGER HOSPITAL. WHEN SHE ARRIVED SHE WAS ALMOST DEAD. THEY HAVE JUST LOST PRECIOUS TIME DOING TESTS AND TESTS BUT NOT TREATMENT. PLUS THE MAIN DIAGNOSIS WAS WRONG BECAUSE HE SAID THAT IT WAS AN CHRONIC AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE AND IT WAS GONG TO BE A CHRONIC DISEASE. IN THE OTHER HOSPITAL TOLD ME THAT THE MOST PROBABLY WAS A VIRUS AND ALTHOUGH THE PROGNOSIS WAS POOR SHE COULD HAVE MAKE IT :(

I am outraged! Doctor Haringlavean examined my dog twice and made me panic by telling that she probably has cardiac problems, that she will need medication and that i should do all the tests. He told me that he could hear her heart making an abnormal sound and that it could be very dangerous. I agreed to to the tests of course. I had a bill of 470$ and the results showed that everything was normal. No doubt they have such a nice clinic, ripping off customers like that.

They are good veterinarians they love animals and what they do. I'd definitely recommend it.
