Doctors and Support Staff all very compassionate and really ensure you understand the options. No "sales pitch". Really felt they cared about our dog Bacci and our emotions. Vet services are never free but reasonable. Did not feel gouged. Would highly recommend for the pet you love.
Great service, great prices and very friendly vets and technician that answer all your questions!
Been going to this vet for several years now. Not only they are fair priced they won't charge you for something you did not sign up for, but they also take good care of animals and their client. Having had two elder cats, I am sometimes in need to get an appointment fast and they do pretty good at finding me a spot in the next few days or the day of, as when I had to say goodbye to my cat. I am grateful for the service of the vet and techs there. The only thing I could recommend to another client there is : don't be afraid to ask questions. About the treatment, what the diagnosis means exactly, what you should do next, what are the alternatives. Sometimes, it is a bit unclear but it has been re-explained to me in human language every single time I've asked questions.
Great staff and they take good care of you pet
Vets are very good and compassionate, unfortunately not the case for the front desk staff!
Dr Plasse is an excellent vet and has taken care of Tesla with a human touch and reassured us that our Goldendoodle 13 years old is well taken care of after his surgery. All the staff are exceptional and loving care and always ready to go the extra mile for our loving pets. Thank you to all the staff and I am so lucky Dr Plasse is an amazing veterinarian. Thanks so much to the staff and Dr.Plasse for their expertise and care for my dog Sage. All I had to do was follow post op TPLO surgery instructions for the recovery period which we did and she was a Month ahead of her scheduled recovery of three months to begin controlled running ,thank you all so much for your love of the animals. Best Vet ever!
I brought my cat Daisy here in December and unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to have her euthanized. The team at this clinic was wonderful. From the receptionist to the technician's to the vet, I cannot thank them enough for their sympathy and compassion on that difficult day. I received a beautiful sympathy card in the mail signed by the team. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone and when I am ready for a new companion I will definitely be back. Thanks to all of you.
I have only the utmost respect and gratitude for the staff and veterinarians at HVL! During Bulin's final years, we were taking him quite frequently to be seen due to his old age and ailments. They were always so accommodating and so kind to him. Bulin was 17 year's young when we finally had to say our good-byes and let him cross the rainbow bridge. Eventhough we knew it was time, it didn't make it any easier on us. The staff at HVL is like no other. They were sympathic, kind, and extremely reassuring. Our pets are our family, so knowing they're in good hands takes such a load off your shoulders. Thank you again to the staff and vets, especially Dr. Breton! You guys are amazing. Keep up your hard work!
