A bit on the expensive side but the personnel is super friendly and they are really knowledgeable.
The family dog needed attention after an altercation with three other dogs. We called ahead but got the appointment time wrong. Laurence vet tech accepted the dog anyway after consulting with the vet despite the fact it was near closing on a Friday night.nnA thorough examination determined the attacker's bite did not affect our dog's hind leg severely. The vet tech recommended bringing the dog the next day to see the vet to avoid emergency fees $300+. She determined X-rays and blood work was not necessary. We came the next day and we were sent home with painkillers, anti-inflammatories and antibiotics. Total cost: $220.00.nnThe vet was caring and swift in her diagnosis: a simple puncture wound. She did not force x-rays or blood work. A genuinely caring vet! Her bedside manner exemplary and she was very patient with our concerns.nnI recommend the clinic located in Fleurimont on King East/Galt lots of parking. The front desk people are courteous although pretty well unilingual use French when you call. Laurence is thoroughly bilingual and not in the least Anglophobic. The vet's English was broken but serviceable. Note the clinic also has a embedded pet store.nnThe dog is recovering nicely...
Expensive but well taken care of. They recommended to check our cat because they said she had a heart condition prior to sterilisation. We decided do the sterilisation anyway and everything went to plan. We have a beautiful and healthy cat
The staff is wonderful and compassionate. The vet took the time to explain all of my options and treatment plans. This isn’t my regular vet, mine was closed and it was an emergency on a weekend. The visit was VERY expensive. Be prepared to ask how much things will cost before you go if this is a concern for you. They also make sure you pay in advance.
Customer service is very quick. I have never had to wait on hold during a telephone call for more than 5-10 min. The staff is very competent and professional.
