excellent service and very fair pricing. don't expect a nice waiting room or cable tv, this is really a place to drop your car off and return later. with the new development opening up right down the street, that shouldn't be a problem in the near future. i had a dealership (cadillac) quote me over $5k on my car for alignment, brakes, shocks, power steering, etc. The guys at HO got all that done for under $1500 - i was in shock. over a year later and my car still runs fine.

Called the place about 5 times between 8:00am and 10:30am. No voicemail service and no one answering the phone. They are losing themselves business.
