I mean, if you say that you are going to keep a piece of clothing for the person to come pick it up later, DO IT! Do not waste someone’s time! At the end, another employee tells her that she didn’t provide her name but they didn’t ask for her name either so they put it back on the shelf! How unprofessional of you!
