They forgot to remove security tags on about $100 worth of merchandise. I'm not from Regina and I'm not able to return to have the tags removed. Wasted money. The store is nice though and the selection is good.

5 stars for an American store ,I haven’t yet been to Regina .In the other store the sales associate told me about a recycling program with a 15 % discount are you doing this in Canada and your store.

Super nice store. Big, clean, and lots to choose from. Very busy given it’s the second day it’s been open, but overall very nice!

Loved everything about it, until I got home and there was still a security tag on one of the 7 items I bought. Now I have to go back to get the tag off. Even though I have the receipt it is still an uncomfortable situation . Disappointed that the cashier wasn't more diligent.

Didnt take off the security tag off of the one item i bought. Im 40 minutes out of town and its a real hassle just to go in again to get it removed. Seen another review with the same problem. A little unorganised and everywhere but you pay for what you get so prices arent terrible
