After the agent showed us Centris.ca, which I highly recommend, my wife and I found the house we wanted (ie. zero meaningful input from the agent).  Our agent set up the viewing and gave us information about contacting a lawyer for the sale details, etc., which is why i will give them 2-stars.  After the sale was done, zero follow-through or thanks for the business/commission. No value for the customer.
