Sandy beach and plenty of green space to enjoy. Beautiful mature trees. Lots of nearby parking. Public washrooms. Lovely views of Anarchist Mountain and the surrounding lake areas. Had a rainy day encounter with a baby owl while Mama owl watched from the tree above
Beautiful beach area. Lots of space on the beach and the grass area leading up to the beach. Picnic tables and other seating available. Small dock and accessible pad all the way to the main after over the sand. A few minutes walk into downtown Osoyoos to shops and restaurants. A great spot to stop to take a break on your travels or spend a day at the beach.
Very popular sandy beach in heart of Osoyoos with free parking lot and grassy area, some benches, a few picnic table, open area performance stage and short trail...suitable for families in all ages for different activities like soaking in the lake, boating, water skiing and etc. There is small floating pier also. I'm not sure if ther is a fresh water shower or not. .
The main beach in Osoyoos. Big and in central location. Perfect place to relax with a strip of sand next to a strip of grass. The place is organised with picnic tables, public washrooms and faucet for washing feet. Amazing view of the mountains. Must visit here while staying in Osoyoos.nWe were here on Canada Day and there was live shows and Impressive fireworks.
Visited during Canada day weekend 2022. Nice electrifying atmosphere during the evenings when the concert stage is setup and local musicians take to the stage. People from all ages enjoy it. If you’ve little kids, this is going to be a treat for them!nnThere is also a cafe right by the beach serving drinks and snacks. The Canada day night? firework display at 10pm is wonderful. Probably the closest I have ever been to fireworks, they almost explode right on top of you, feels magical! And they keep going on for the whole hour!
