Impeccable service, great experience, and wonderful teachers. My 2-year-old boy enjoyed every second of his classes with teacher Carina. The lessons are always prepared, and the way they teach allowed my kid to learn new things everyday while having just as much fun as always! Big thumbs up to teacher Carina, we appreciate your classes so much! Their class packages are more than “worth it”, and we are looking forward for more and more valuable classes in the future!
Horrible place to take your child. Unprofessional and unorganized. We paid for a whole month, scheduled our first class in advance only to be notified that they’re having an outdoor class that day when we arrive at the Richmond location. They didn’t care to email or call us in advance, and the front desk staff even lied about the class is “cancelled” and “they tried to call us”. We only found out that the class isn’t actually cancelled and is held at a different location when we saw they posted videos on their social media showing how the class went. Picture our faces when we found out about this. On top of that, we finally scheduled in for a music class the following week. We had such high expectations, but we were left very disappointed. First, the instructor could not remember our child’s name the entire class there were only 3 children in the class btw. Second, maybe she was a sub but the class itself was very chaotic. It was a class for 2 year olds, she gave all the kids some instruments while she play random songs that were not for their age, then she just had the kids play their own instruments while songs were playing. Like seriously? We could do this at home ourselves lol Even tho we paid for the whole month, we refused to go back there. What a waste of time and money.
I brought my elder son to their spring break camp here, he had a blast and he was collecting the Gymbo stickers which was given by the end of the class. My baby boy also love coming to their play and music classes as well, their teachers are very sweet and good singers. Gymboree is also a great place for hosting a birthday party because they have a fun indoor playground and spacious space. Clean washroom gives extra credit.
We love GPM! My 3 year old and I have been attending classes here for over 3 months already. The location is great, especially because they have free undercover parking at the back of the building. Their class packages are also great because you can attend any class you want and whenever you want. Teachers are awesome too
