I recently discovered there was a Guy’s Flavor Town in my area. I definitely needed to try it! The menu though small was interesting my $95. Order included Steak & cheese egg rolls, Jalapeño poppers, Cheeseburger w bacon no lettuce no tomatoes Chicken parm, Fried Pickles & Chocolate cake The parm was luke warm. The pickles were cold, kind of chewy. The egg rolls and poopers didn’t come. We got one side of PLAIN wings The burger had *no bacon* and *extra lettuce*and *extra tomatoes* - it was nasty, as if it was deliberately made with extra on it, and the cake never came… The issue is you can’t call anyone, you have to contact corporate!!! *****You are sitting there with messed up food and having to call an 888#****** After getting ahold of them, dealing with a poorly paid employee who frankly doesn’t not even give the first care, comped only a portion of my order - it should have been the whole thing except the tip Stay away.
The picture online is VERY misleading. The cheese sauce is watery and the are no breadcrumbs like in the advertisements. Tastes similar to lean cuisine frozen Mac n Cheese, but less flavor? Awful food in a fancy bag. Don't waste your money.
Worst food ever. Ice cold fries and burgers were old and cold. Needless to say we got our money back from doordash. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE
My Cuban was very sparse. Not grilled or toasted. Just a flimsy pretty much bland sandwich. The steak and cheese egg rolls were ok. Nothing delicious and very expensive. Not be going again. McDonald's even tastes better.
If only I could give zero starts...I ordered there once a few months ago and received items that I didn't order because apparently they were out of what I had actually paid for. However, some of the food was ok so I decided to try one more time. Who knows? Maybe the staff was having a bad day or something, it happens. What a mistake that was - once again they were out of a specific item and substituted it with some gross eggs rolls with a side of queso? They forgot all of the side dressings and provided no utensils or napkins. Absolutely not worth it.
Twice I have ordered and twice I got the wrong items
